An examination of forecasts and projections, commonly required by lenders and investors, covering the reasonableness of the assumptions and how the information is prepared and presented.

Corporate income tax 15%

Applies to the taxable profits of foreign corporations carrying on business in Kuwait. Companies incorporated in the GCC and wholly owned by GCC nationals or companies are generally not subject to it. The audited declaration is due by the 15th day of the fourth month after the end of the tax period.

National Labour Support Tax (NLST) 2.5%

Payable on the annual taxable profit of Kuwaiti companies listed on Boursa Kuwait.

Zakat 1%

Payable on the annual taxable profit of Kuwaiti public and closed shareholding companies, with certain exceptions.

تُستحق على صافي الربح السنوي الخاضع للضريبة للشركات الكويتية المدرجة في بورصة الكويت.

الزكاة 1%

تُستحق على صافي الربح السنوي الخاضع للزكاة لشركات المساهمة الكويتية العامة والمقفلة، مع بعض الاستثناءات.

Internal audit quality assessment (QAR) IIA Standards · CMA

An independent assessment of your internal audit function: its conformance with the IIA Standards, its methodology, resources and reporting, and its alignment with the organisation's risks and strategy. It supports the external quality assessment the IIA Standards require at least once every five years, and the periodic independent review of the internal audit function required of CMA-regulated companies under the CMA Executive Bylaws (Module 15 – Corporate Governance). You receive a conformance assessment, gap analysis and improvement plan.

تقييم مستقل لوظيفة التدقيق الداخلي: مدى التزامها بمعايير معهد المدققين الداخليين، ومنهجيتها ومواردها وتقاريرها، ومدى توافقها مع مخاطر المنشأة واستراتيجيتها. ويدعم هذا التقييم متطلب التقييم الخارجي للجودة مرة كل خمس سنوات على الأقل وفق معايير المعهد، ومتطلب المراجعة المستقلة الدورية لوظيفة التدقيق الداخلي للشركات الخاضعة لرقابة هيئة أسواق المال وفق اللائحة التنفيذية (الكتاب الخامس عشر – حوكمة الشركات). وتحصلون على تقييم لمدى الالتزام، وتحليل للفجوات، وخطة للتحسين.

Financial due diligence
